How to use ERNotes

Our goal is to provide you, the ER provider, a resource to use on shift in real-time. Who actually has a pre-made note for a dental block? Nobody. Except us. Simply find the note you need and copy/paste into your EMR’s blank procedure note and then fill in the variables. These notes are designed to be as “pre-filled” as possible in order to save you time. You will also notice the variable fields are marked with closed square brackets(like this…[]). That is so when you are in Dragon or M-Modal you can just say “next field” and it will jump to the next closed square bracket! See you already learned something.

Have a note for us? Have a request?

If you have a note you use or want to post just send it to me through the contacts page in the comments section. Alternatively, if you have a request for a note that we don’t have send us a request on the same page.
