Lightheaded/Dizzy

Lightheaded - Low risk

-VS unremarkable
-Presents with lightheadedness described as feeling like going to pass out
-Story is minimally concerning for dysrhythmia or neurogenic cause
-No abnormal cardiopulmonary findings, neuro exam without any evidence of deficits, sided or crossed findings. Neuro and cardio exam completely intact. No nystagmus. 
-EKG without evidence of dysrhythmia
-Getting basic labs and CT brain
-Overall presentation seems benign and without evidence of threat to life or limb
-Had a shared decision making conversation with patient that we will very likely not be able to find the exact cause of symptoms and that this is very likely and isolated event although if workup is positive for certain findings it may warrant further workup. 

Lightheaded/Dizzy - High risk

-VS notable for []
-Presents with lightheadedness described as feeling like going to pass out
-Story is possibly concerning for dysrhythmia or neurogenic cause
-No abnormal cardiopulmonary findings, neuro exam without any evidence of deficits, sided or crossed findings. Neuro exam notable for []. Cardiac exam notable for []. No nystagmus.
-EKG with findings of [].
-Getting basic labs and CT brain
-Overall presentation seems potentially significant due to history and physical exam. Getting labs, CXR, possibly CTA.
