-Vital signs notable for [hypertension]
-Overall sick appearing
-No abnormal cardiopulmonary findings. No respiratory distress. Abdomen soft and nontender.
-Story is concerning for ACS given multiple risk factors, history, and ekg findings
-Seems unlikely to be due to PE or dissection given the history and exam.
-Getting chest pain workup and loading with ASA
-Highly anticipate admission
