During your visit to the ER, you were found to have an elevated blood pressure. This could be related to your visit or this could be undiagnosed hypertension(high blood pressure). Multiple measurements are needed to make this diagnosis. Failure to appropriately manage this condition if you have it could lead to severe problems such as stroke, heart attack, and even death. It is very important that you bring this up to your primary care provider in a timely manner.
