Using [traction/countertraction], realignment of the deformity listed above was attempted. Improved physical alignment was obtained. The fracture was splinted appropriately(See Splint Application note). Distal Neurovascular exam was intact and examined after the splint was applied. Compartments soft and compressible.  Post-procedural X-ray was obtained which showed [improved alignment].
