ENT: TMs clear bilaterally

Pulm: Normal respiratory pattern for age, breathing comfortably

Cardiac: Regular rhythm and rate for age

Abd: Soft, No apparent tenderness

GU: Normal external genitalia for age

Neuro: Alert, moving all extremities, appropriate neurologic status for age
